REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

KJE has completed hundreds of Tier II reports in most of the contiguous states and is able to efficiently produce the reports by each state’s respective reporting deadlines. Texas has an annual deadline of March 1st.

KJE can provide SPCC plans developed in accordance with the EPA SPCC Rule, and certified by our on-staff Professional Engineer. In addition, our engineering staff can assist in the design for any necessary tank containment improvement or construction.

KJE performs Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) Surveys for the Oil & Gas Industry in accordance with the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) requirements 16 TAC 4.605, and Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) 25 TAC §289.259.

KJE’s storm water services complement our engineering services by providing clients with a team of specialists that take your project from planning through post-construction. KJE provides comprehensive storm water services including design, implementation, and on-going compliance. In addition, KJE can assist in storm water problem-solving through engineering design to redirect sheet flow, consolidate outfalls, and develop site-specific Best Management Practices (BMP).
